As the practice continues to grow, so do the demands of the schedule. With your best interest and dental care in mind, Dr. Keith decided to increase the availability and scope of services by moving to a new location at 1825 S. 6th Street in the old Magna Bank building, hence the new name, Magna Dental!

Payment/Insurance
We accept most insurance providers and are a Delta Dental Premier Provider. We also accept Care Credit, but you must get approved on your own.
As of July 1, 2020, a 4% non-refundable surcharge/processing fee will be added to all credit card or debit payments.
